Bike/packraft trips along Alaska’s Lost Coast necessitate serious planning. One of the ticket items is what to bring for First-Aid. The kit I brought was fairly spartan and suited for small injuries in the field.

• (24) Advil/Ibuprofin
• Cephalexin antibiotic
• AquaMira water purification
• Crazy glue
• (2) Band-Aid Blister Blocker
• Neosporin type samples
• Wenger mini knife
• Syringe (debating to omit this from the list)
• Spoon
• Toothbrush and paste
• SPOT Tracker
