TITAN WARRANTY
TitanStraps guarantees the quality of our products. We will replace at TitanStraps discretion, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within 3-years of date-of-purchase.
Please understand that TitanStraps are a consumable product, and that no matter how well you care for your straps, materials will begin to experience a natural breakdown over time. Normal wear from daily usage isn't considered a defect in materials or workmanship. Product damage due to extended use, wear an tear, misuse, neglect and modification to the strap/buckle, is not covered under warranty.
We only send warrantied straps to addresses located within the domestic USA. If you live outside the USA, please contact the retailer you purchased the the strap from for replacement.
If your strap is within the 3-year warranty, we'll happily send you a new one at no expense to you.
Please send any warranty request to: warranty@titanstraps.com. Include a photo of the defective strap and a photo of the "time stamp" - this is located on the back of the strap near the buckle. Please include date-of-purchase if you have it, where purchased and how the strap was being use. Lastly, include your mailing address for USPS deliveries.
We will respond via email and make your experience a pleasant one. We usually ship replacements same day we receive warranty issue.
