FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING on all retail purchases $75 and up. Offer excludes shipping to AK, HI, Puerto Rico
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 days, Monday-Friday, except on holidays. If you have questions about your order, please contact our friendly customer service folks at 406-556-7234 or email us. We’ll be happy to help you in any way we can. However, on deep powder days or when the fishing is off the hook during a hatch, there might be a slight delay.
Most orders ship via USPS with tracking notification. Though for larger strap orders, we ship UPS Ground. Need it there sooner? Just give us a call and we can quote for expedited shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
If our straps don’t meet or exceed your expectations, and you’d like to return them, please get in touch via email, phone or US Mail. Likewise, if you decide to return your straps by mail, please send to the address below with a small note on what you’d like us to do. Above all, we’ll be happy to process the return or exchange quickly.
3-Year Warranty
In conclusion, we guarantee every product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We have a 3-year warranty for breakage. However, this does not include normal wear and tear, modifications, improper use, damage, breakage due to sharp edges, negligence or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
